Modality

This program consists of three one-hour recordings that participants will need to view in order to receive credit. Participants will also need to complete a post-test (with a passing score of at least 80%) and a course evaluation to receive credit.

Program Summary:

Launching a meaningful career is a daunting task. Supervisors play a key role in helping their supervisees successfully tackle this process. This training teaches supervisors which administrative and organizational processes are key for clinician success, specifically at Mindfully. Mindfully administrative and clinical processes are reviewed in detail to help supervisors understand, prevent, and ultimately address supervisee concerns. Primarily geared towards helping student interns establish their field placement, any new supervisor to Mindfully would benefit from understanding these processes, regardless of whether they work with students.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants will be able to describe the necessary steps that need to be completed before supervisees can start seeing their own clients at Mindfully.

  • Participants will be able to describe how client appointments are scheduled and documentation expectations at Mindfully.

  • Participants will be able to describe how to navigate the referral, case closure/termination, and record request processes at Mindfully.
